Your data and your customers' data stay in your accounts. If a workflow needs our server, the agreement says whose server it is and in which country.

One-page website

- everything a customer looks for before calling, on one page: services, work done, Google reviews, map, contact;
- a contact form to your email;
- domain and HTTPS set up;
- hosting is free, also without care, and there is no monthly fee: you only pay for the domain, about 10 € a year;
- findable on Google, readable on a phone;
- a cookies and privacy section;
- a short guide for changing texts and photos.
If you order within 7 days of getting the sample, you also get for free:
- texts that I write from your Facebook page, Google profile and old website, you only correct them (normal price 150 €);
- an English version (normal price 80 €);
- an info@ email address on your domain, forwarded to the inbox you already use (normal price 40 €);
- if you do not have a Google profile yet: I prepare it and Google verifies it through you (normal price 80 €);
- 6 months of care (normal price 354 €, later 59 €/month if you want it).
Up to 704 € in total at normal prices.
Free in any case:
- if you have a Google profile: a link and a QR card that customers can use to write a review straight away (normal price 40 €);
- if you have an old website: I redirect its addresses to the new one so your place on Google is not lost (normal price 60 €).
You give: answers to three questions: whether you have a domain, where enquiries from the site should go and what is wrong on the sample. You can add photos later too.
Ready: 2 working days after your answers.
Payment: the invoice comes once the site is live, with 7 days to pay. If the site does not suit you, you pay nothing.
Company website with up to six pages

- up to six pages: home, services, work done, prices, about, contact;
- a gallery of work done;
- you can add work and news yourself, the design stays in place;
- a guide to managing the site, in Estonian.

Website care: 59 €/month
Hosting, domain renewal, software updates, daily backups, a monthly check that the site works and is on Google, and one hour of changes a month. No minimum term, one month's notice.
New pages, a redesign and bigger jobs are agreed separately.

Questions people ask before ordering
When do I pay for a workflow?
20 % when you order. You pay the rest once the workflow has run on your data for two weeks. If it does not do what we agreed in writing, you pay nothing more.
Do I get a real website for 490 €?
Yes. One page on your own domain: an introduction to the company, services, work done, contact. Findable on Google, readable on a phone, with HTTPS and a contact form set up. What it is not: six separate pages, an online shop, booking. Those are in the company website or the add-ons.
What happens if the sample does not suit me?
Nothing. The sample is free and I take it down after 30 days. You do not have to explain anything.
Does the price change during the work?
No. The price is in writing before the first conversation. If you want something that is not in the package, we agree on it separately before the work starts.
Could I not build the site myself?
You could. Website tools cost 10 to 40 € a month, and evenings go on setting up texts, images, the domain, HTTPS and Google. In the package all of that is done, the text is written up and the site is yours.
What happens to the site if I do not order care?
The site stays up. The one-page website is hosted by Aeg Vaba and costs you nothing; your only cost is the domain, about 10 € a year. The company website runs on your own hosting, which you pay the host for directly, about 12 to 15 € a month. Its updates and backups are then yours to do, and a short guide comes with it.
Is VAT added?
Not at the moment: Poeg OÜ is not registered for VAT, and the invoice is the same amount as in the price list. If that changes, the price list changes before the quote, not after.

- Invoices are issued by Poeg OÜ. No VAT is added to the prices.
- You pay for a workflow like this: 20 % when you order. You pay the rest once the workflow has run on your data for two weeks. If it does not do what we agreed in writing, you pay nothing more.
- The website sample is free. If no site follows, we take the sample down after 30 days.
- Corrections within the agreed scope are not limited.
- The domain is in your name. The site is yours once the invoice is paid.
