This site uses no cookies and does not track people. To answer emails we use the details in the email. To build sample sites we use public company data.

This site
There are no cookies and no third-party scripts. Without cookies we count only numbers per day: how many times pages were viewed, how many views came from a search engine, how many times "Ask for a sample", the sample site link or the phone number was clicked, and how many requests were sent. Nothing about a person, a device or an IP address is stored with this. If you came from one of our video links (the address ends in, for example, ?v=a01), that mark stays in the page address and is sent with the form, so we know which video brought you; no cookie is used for this either. The server log holds the usual technical data (IP address, time, requested page), which we use only to keep the site working.
If you write to us or call us
We use your name, contact details and the content of your message to reply and to make an offer. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep the correspondence until the end of our cooperation; data linked to invoices for seven years, as the Accounting Act requires.
If you fill in the sample form
From the form on the contact page we receive the company's name and location, your name, email and phone, and your answers about the company. We use them together with the company's public data to build a free website sample and send you its link; the legal basis is your consent. The answers reach our email and the customer management system on our own server, and we do not give them to anyone else. If no order follows, we delete the answers and the sample after 12 months. You can withdraw your consent and have the data deleted by writing to tere@aegvaba.ee.
Sample sites for companies
We build website samples for companies and send an email to the company's public address. We use only public data: the open data of the Business Register (name, registry code, field of activity, location, general contact) and the company's own public pages. Legal basis: legitimate interest in offering a company a service related to its business. The sample is not visible to search engines and we remove it after 30 days if the company shows no interest.
The sample site link in the email is separate for each company. When the link is opened, we note that and when that company's sample was viewed. We also note how long and which parts of the sample site were viewed and which buttons on the page were clicked (for example the phone number or the sample form), again only about the company. We store nothing about a person with this and use no cookies. This way we know whom it makes sense to contact. Legal basis: the same legitimate interest. We delete these notes together with the sample.
On the sample site the "Comment" button lets you leave a comment on what to change on the page. We store the text of the comment, the place you clicked on the page (the page address, the part of the page and its text, the screen size and the device type, for example phone) and the name you write yourself. We do not store the IP address with the comment. Comments with the name are seen by those who open the same link and by our customer management system. The name also stays in your browser so you do not have to write it again. We use the comments to improve the sample. We delete the comments together with the sample: 30 days after the first email if the company has not replied or become our customer. You can have a comment deleted earlier by writing to tere@aegvaba.ee.
The map, the Google rating and the reviews on the sample site come directly from Google Maps. When the page opens, Google receives your IP address and browser data and processes them under its own privacy policy.
If you do not want emails from us, reply to the email with the word "eemalda". We will not write again. We do not use private individuals' data for sending emails.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object. Write to tere@aegvaba.ee. You can file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
